Workout Count gives you 1 point a day when you record a workout longer than 15 minutes, or log more than 15 exercise minutes. A second workout the same day adds nothing, so the winner is whoever shows up on the most days.

How points work
- A day counts when one workout lasts more than 15 minutes, or your exercise minutes for the day pass 15.
- Each day is worth 1 point at most, however many workouts you do.
- Exactly 15 minutes is not enough. It has to be more.
- The host can add a finish line, such as 20 workout days. The board then shows each person as “12 of 20”. The finish line never changes the points.
A worked example
Over four days you log:
- Monday, a 40-minute run: 1 point
- Tuesday, two short walks and 20 exercise minutes in all: 1 point
- Wednesday, a 12-minute stretch and nothing else: 0 points
- Thursday, a gym session and an evening run: 1 point
That is 3 points for the four days.
Who it suits
Building a habit. Intensity does not matter, so a beginner and a marathoner play on equal terms.

Ties
Equal scores share a rank. When people or teams tie for first at the end of a round, they all win. A round where nobody scored has no winner.
With 1 point a day, ties are common here.
