On Android, MoveTogether reads the activity you choose to share through Health Connect. Nothing is requested until you connect it yourself.

- Sleep, weight and height are read for Pro members. Free members share the three activity types.

Is MoveTogether available on Android?
Yes. MoveTogether is in open beta on Google Play. Open beta means anyone can install it without an invite, and that the build is still being refined. If something is wrong, tell us and it gets fixed faster.
Do Android and iPhone members compete together?
Yes. Members on Android and iPhone join the same MoveTogether competitions, shared leaderboards, and weekly Move Leagues. Scores are normalized, so the phone does not decide the rank.
How does Health Connect work?
Health Connect is an optional, user-initiated data path. MoveTogether reads only the activity you authorize and requests no write access. It reads six types at most: steps, active calories, exercise sessions, sleep, weight, and height. Sleep, weight and height are read for Pro members only.
Which activity sources can MoveTogether read?
Anything that writes to Health Connect on your phone, plus the trackers you connect directly: Fitbit, Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Strava, Polar, and Ultrahuman. Samsung Health is not a supported source yet. The exact list inside the app depends on your account and device.
What permissions are required, and can I revoke them?
Health Connect is optional. Nothing is requested until you connect it yourself. Background refresh and historical reading are separate optional grants: with history access MoveTogether can recover up to 90 days of authorized history; without it, reads stay limited to 30 days. Revoke access in Android or Health Connect settings at any time. We do not sell Health Connect data or use it to personalize advertising.
