Refund Policy
How refunds work for MoveTogether subscriptions across the App Store, Google Play, and web (Paddle), including free trials, cancellations, and your consumer rights.
All sales are final. MoveTogether Pro subscriptions are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the store or payment provider that processed your purchase (as described below). This Refund Policy is part of, and consistent with, our Terms and Conditions. MoveTogether is operated by DesignSpark Studio LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us").
Where you buy determines who processes your payment and any refund: the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web checkout (processed by Paddle).
1. Subscriptions and cancellations
MoveTogether Pro is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Fees that have already been charged are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or by the provider that processed the payment.
To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the renewal date.
2. Free trials
Some plans (currently the annual plan) include a free trial.
- You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, the subscription converts to a paid subscription and the first charge is taken. That charge is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the store or payment provider that processed the purchase.
- Manage or cancel your trial from the same channel you used to start it (App Store, Google Play, or the web customer portal).
3. App Store (Apple) and Google Play purchases
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google processed your payment and controls any refund under its own policies. We do not process those payments and cannot grant, guarantee, or override a store's refund decision.
Any refund request for a store purchase must go through that store:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: the refund process in your Google Play account.
4. Web purchases (processed by Paddle)
Purchases made on our website or customer portal are sold and processed by Paddle (paddle.com), acting as our Merchant of Record — the legal seller for the transaction. Paddle issues your invoice, collects any applicable taxes, and processes any refund. The specific Paddle contracting entity depends on your location and is shown on your receipt.
Web subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law or by Paddle's buyer terms. Where the law of your country gives you a mandatory refund or cancellation right, Paddle applies it as Merchant of Record.
5. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country. Those rights cannot be waived and apply regardless of this policy. For web purchases, Paddle provides the consumer-law protections it is required to provide as Merchant of Record.
