Refund Policy
How refunds work for MoveTogether subscriptions on the App Store, Google Play, and Stripe web checkout, including cancellations and consumer rights.
All sales are final. MoveTogether Pro subscriptions are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the store or payment provider that processed your purchase (as described below). This Refund Policy is part of, and consistent with, our Terms and Conditions. MoveTogether is operated by DesignSpark Studio LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us").
Where you buy determines who processes your payment and any refund: the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our Stripe-hosted web checkout.
1. Subscriptions and cancellations
MoveTogether Pro is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Fees that have already been charged are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or by the provider that processed the payment.
To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the renewal date.
2. Free trials and introductory offers
Some plans include a free trial or a discounted or paid introductory period. Checkout will show the amount due today, the introductory period, the renewal date, and the recurring price before you subscribe.
- For a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, the recurring subscription charge is taken on the disclosed renewal date.
- For a paid introductory offer, the introductory price is charged when checkout completes. The same subscription begins charging the disclosed recurring price on the disclosed renewal date unless you cancel before then.
- Charges already made, including an introductory charge, are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the store or payment provider that processed the purchase.
- Manage or cancel your trial or introductory offer from the same channel you used to start it (App Store, Google Play, or the web customer portal).
3. App Store (Apple) and Google Play purchases
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google processed your payment and controls any refund under its own policies. We do not process those payments and cannot grant, guarantee, or override a store's refund decision.
Any refund request for a store purchase must go through that store:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: the refund process in your Google Play account.
4. Web purchases (processed through Stripe)
Purchases made on our website or customer portal are processed through Stripe. Your hosted checkout and receipt identify the legal seller for the transaction.
- When checkout identifies Stripe as the seller through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record, issues your invoice, collects applicable taxes, and handles refund requests.
- If your receipt identifies DesignSpark Studio LLC as the seller, Stripe provides payment processing and we handle your refund request.
Web subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law or the terms of the payment provider identified at checkout.
5. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country. Those rights cannot be waived and apply regardless of this policy. For a web purchase, the seller identified at checkout and on your receipt provides the consumer-law protections it is required to provide.
