Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how DesignSpark Studio LLC ("we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar storage on the MoveTogether website at https://movetogetherfitness.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

The MoveTogether mobile app does not use browser cookies. In-app product analytics, non-personalized advertising, and the app's separate Apple App Tracking Transparency choice are described in our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. "Similar technologies" include local storage and pixels. They can be set by us (first-party) or by a third-party service we use. Some are necessary for the site to work; others help us understand usage.

2. The cookies and storage we use

The only advertising cookies we use are set by the Reddit pixel, and only where you have consented to advertising cookies (see Optional advertising below and Section 3 on how consent works). We do not sell your personal information.

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site and account areas to function, or to remember and enforce your privacy choice.

• Authentication / session storage — keeps you signed in to your account and portal, and protects against fraud and abuse.
• Security and delivery — our hosting provider (Vercel) may set essential cookies to route traffic securely and balance load.
• Consent record — our consent management platform (c15t / consent.io) records your choices about optional analytics and advertising cookies, in your browser and, for a durable audit record, on its hosted backend. It exists solely to remember and enforce your choice; it contains no account data or health data.

Analytics (cookieless)

• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — measure aggregate, anonymous traffic and performance. These are designed to work without cross-site tracking cookies or persistent identifiers.

Optional analytics

• Microsoft Clarity — Clarity helps us understand website behavior through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, masked DOM reconstruction/session replay, page interactions, page and device characteristics, performance, and diagnostics. Before you consent to analytics, or after you decline or withdraw consent, Clarity operates in limited no-consent mode: it sets no Clarity cookies, assigns a new identifier for each page view, and does not persist a session across pages. Where you consent to analytics cookies, Clarity may set its first-party _clck cookie to associate page views with a pseudonymous visitor and its _clsk cookie to associate page views with a pseudonymous session. Advertising storage remains disabled, and we do not use Clarity for targeted advertising.

  Microsoft describes Clarity cookies, masking, and data retention. Playback data is ordinarily retained for 30 days; Microsoft applies longer published periods to aggregate heatmaps and selected or favorited recordings. Those service-level periods can change, so please consult Microsoft's current documentation.

• Searchable — Searchable helps us understand how much of our website traffic arrives from AI assistants and AI search tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude), which ordinary referrer reporting does not distinguish. It loads only where you consent to analytics cookies; before you consent, or after you decline or withdraw consent, it is not loaded. When allowed, it stores a first-party visitor identifier and session identifier on your device (via cookie and/or browser storage) so repeat visits and page views can be grouped into a pseudonymous visit, and it records the pages viewed, the referring URL and campaign parameters, and basic page and device characteristics. It runs only on our public marketing pages, never on the account portal, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

• Google Analytics 4 — Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate website usage, such as page views, sessions, and where visits come from. It loads only where you consent to analytics cookies; before you consent, or after you decline or withdraw consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. When allowed, it sets first-party cookies (_ga, and a _ga_<measurement-id> cookie) to distinguish visitors and sessions using a pseudonymous identifier. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising features, or ads personalization, and we do not use Google Analytics for targeted advertising. Google Analytics runs only on our public marketing pages, not on the account portal. See Google's guidance on how Analytics uses cookies and how Google safeguards your data.

Optional advertising

• Reddit pixel — where you consent to advertising cookies, we load the Reddit advertising pixel on our public marketing pages to measure conversions from our Reddit ads and to reach relevant audiences on Reddit. It sets first-party and Reddit cookies and shares event data (such as page visits and clicks on our download and other calls to action) with Reddit. Unlike our analytics tools, this is an advertising technology. It loads only where advertising consent applies, never before consent and never on the account portal. We do not send Reddit your health, social, or account data. See Reddit's Privacy Policy. Withdrawing consent stops the Reddit pixel from loading on further page views; any Reddit cookies already set stay until they expire unless you clear them in your browser.

Functional

• Fonts — our pages load web fonts to render correctly.
• Mo support assistant (ElevenLabs) — when you open the Mo chat widget, it may use functional browser storage to run the conversation. See ElevenLabs' privacy policy.

3. Managing cookies and preferences

Consent for optional cookies is managed through a consent banner on our public marketing website, powered by our consent management platform (c15t / consent.io). What you see depends on your location: in regions that require prior opt-in (for example the EU/UK) a banner asks you to accept before any optional cookies load, and nothing optional loads until you do; in other regions (for example some US states, which use an opt-out model) optional cookies may load by default and you can opt out. The banner and its preference dialog let you choose analytics (Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and Searchable) and advertising (the Reddit pixel) independently.

You can reopen Cookie preferences — or use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link — from the footer at any time to review, change, or withdraw your choices. Withdrawing or declining stops Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Searchable, and the Reddit pixel from loading on further page views (Clarity returns to its limited no-consent mode); any cookies already set stay until they expire unless you clear them in your browser. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our consent platform treats it as an opt-out of both advertising and analytics cookies, so neither the Reddit pixel nor Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Searchable load.

You can also control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, and set most browsers to refuse cookies or alert you when a site sets one. Clearing browser storage removes your saved choice, so we will ask again on a later visit. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site, such as signing in, from working.
