Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes what is and is not allowed on the MoveTogether app and website (the "Service"), operated by DesignSpark Studio LLC ("DesignSpark," "we," "our," or "us"). It is part of our Terms and Conditions and works alongside our Community Guidelines. By using the Service, you agree to follow this Policy.

If you violate this Policy, we may remove content, adjust or void scores and competition results, issue warnings, limit features, and suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice.

1. Fair Play and Data Integrity

Because MoveTogether is competitive, integrity matters. You must not:

• Falsify, fabricate, alter, or artificially inflate activity or health data (for example, steps, calories, exercise minutes, workouts, heart rate, or sleep)
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, automation, mechanical devices, or any method to generate activity you did not actually perform
• Manipulate, game, or exploit streaks, scores, competitions, leagues, leaderboards, achievements, or rewards
• Create or use multiple or fake accounts to gain an advantage, evade limits, or evade enforcement
• Exploit bugs, or interfere with scoring, matchmaking, or ranking
• Buy, sell, transfer, or share your account, username, or login credentials, or allow anyone else to access your account

We may use automated and manual methods to detect manipulation and may correct or remove affected results.

2. Respectful Conduct

You must not use the Service to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone
• Post or send hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share another person's private or personal information without consent
• Encourage self-harm, dangerous behavior, or unsafe fitness practices

Conduct in chats, communities, competitions, and profiles is also subject to our Community Guidelines.

3. Content Standards

You must not upload, post, or share content that:

• Is illegal, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or violates any law
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is spam, deceptive, or fraudulent, or promotes unauthorized advertising or solicitation
• Is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or is otherwise prohibited by our Community Guidelines

Profile and shared photos must meet our photo and community standards. You are responsible for the content you share, and you represent that you own it or have the necessary rights, and that you have the consent of every identifiable person shown in any photo or video you upload. We may review, screen, and remove content. Some content is analyzed automatically when you submit it, and may also be reviewed by people, to detect violations of this Policy.

4. Security and Integrity of the Service

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, except through a channel we authorize
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except where the law allows
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions

5. Lawful and Intended Use

You must use the Service only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not use the Service to violate the rights of others or for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

6. Use of AI Features

MoveTogether includes AI features such as Coach Mo. You agree not to misuse them. You must not use the Service or its AI features to: manipulate, deceive, or "jailbreak" the AI into producing harmful or prohibited content; infer or generate sensitive characteristics about other people; build biometric or other databases about individuals; or carry out social scoring, manipulation, or unlawful automated decision-making. AI output may be inaccurate and is not professional advice (see our Terms).

7. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates this Policy or our Community Guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tools, or contact Mo, our support assistant.

8. Enforcement

We enforce this Policy at our discretion and as appropriate to the violation. Actions may include content removal, score or result correction, warnings, feature limits, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. Serious violations, including threats, child safety issues, or illegal activity, may be reported to law enforcement. Our enforcement decisions do not waive our right to act on other violations.

We are not obligated to monitor content, and we are not responsible for content posted by users. If you believe we removed your content or restricted your account by mistake, you may appeal by contacting Mo, and we will review.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest version, and for material changes we will notify you consistent with the acceptance and updates mechanism in our Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
