Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Pro stays active until the end of your billing period, and your activity, friends, and competition history stay on your account.
MoveTogether subscription payments are non-refundable under our Terms and Conditions. If you cancel Pro, you keep full Pro access until the end of your paid billing cycle; your account then reverts to Membership automatically without losing your data. For App Store purchases, refund requests must go through Apple under its policies. Google Play refund requests go through Google under its policies.
