Is MoveTogether free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes up to 2 active competitions, ring tracking across every supported wearable, competition leaderboards, daily challenges, and a small weekly Coach Mo preview. Pro is optional and unlocks unlimited competitions, full Coach Mo, achievements, group chat, and more.
Why does Pro cost less on web than in the app?
Apple takes a platform fee of up to 30% on in-app subscriptions. The Pro subscription is the same product on web and iOS, but on web we don't pay the platform fee — so we pass that savings on. Monthly Pro is $12.99 on Apple or $9.99 on web. Annual is $99.99 on Apple or $79.99 on web.
Will my subscription work on iOS if I subscribe on web?
Yes. Subscriptions sync automatically across web and iOS once you sign in. You can subscribe on web (cheaper) and use Pro inside the iOS app without anything extra to set up.
What is the Founders Annual offer?
Founders Annual is a limited-time pricing option for early subscribers. $59.99/year, web only. The key benefit: the $59.99 rate locks in at every renewal for as long as you stay subscribed — even after the offer ends. Saves $40 vs Apple annual and $20 vs Web annual every year.
Is there a free trial?
Free trials of Pro are offered on web checkout. There is no trial on Apple in-app subscriptions. If you want to try Pro before paying, sign up on web.
How do I cancel?
For Apple subscriptions: Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, which sends you to the App Store. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. For web subscriptions: manage in your account portal at portal.movetogetherfitness.com. Pro features stay active until the end of your current billing period; your data is preserved.
Are payments refundable?
Subscription payments are non-refundable per our Terms and Conditions. If you cancel, Pro features remain available until the end of your current billing cycle, and your account then reverts to the Free plan.
