Stick To It

Definition

A MoveTogether competition scoring method built on consistency. The host sets one daily goal, and you earn a point for every day you hit it. Miss a day and nothing is lost.

Two very different athletes side by side, showing fitness comes in every form.

How MoveTogether uses it.

The daily goal can be steps, calories, or exercise minutes. Going over it earns nothing extra, so a huge Saturday counts the same as a day you just made it. What wins is turning up, not topping a leaderboard race.

It fits groups that care about habits more than totals. Hosting a Stick To It competition is a Membership feature. Joining one is free.
