Personal Goal

Definition

A MoveTogether competition scoring method where the host sets a goal range and each person picks their own target inside it. Hit your target and you score 100 for the day, so a beginner and an athlete can both win.

Two very different athletes side by side, showing fitness comes in every form.

How MoveTogether uses it.

The host picks the metric (steps, calories, or exercise minutes) and the range. Everyone then chooses a target inside it. Your score each day is how much of your own target you reached, up to 100, so going far past it earns nothing extra.

It suits groups with very different fitness levels, much like Percentage of Goals, but the host sets the range up front. Hosting a Personal Goal competition is a Membership feature. Joining one is free.
