Coach Mo
Definition
MoveTogether's AI fitness coach. Coach Mo has long-term memory (via a Files system that stores your goals, patterns, rivals, and best weeks), five distinct coaching personalities, and a Roast Mode that delivers sarcastic but data-grounded motivation. Available with limited free access plus an expanded Pro tier.
How MoveTogether uses it.
Coach Mo is one of the four pillar features of MoveTogether, alongside Cross-Wearable Competitions, Move Leagues, and Wearable Compatibility. Mo references your real activity data, current rings, competition standings, week-over-week trends, rather than generic fitness advice.
The five personalities (Cheerful Coach, Drill Sergeant, Best Friend, Sports Analyst, and Classic) let users pick a tone that fits how they want to be motivated. Roast Mode is a separate toggle that overlays sarcasm onto whichever personality you've picked, never roasting your body, weight, or anything you can't change.
Free accounts include five Coach Mo messages for the lifetime of the account, which is enough to find out whether the coaching lands for you, and Pro removes the cap. The memory is what separates Mo from an ordinary chat window: the Files system keeps your goals, patterns, rivals and best weeks between conversations, so you are never re-explaining yourself from scratch. That is also why Mo can open with something specific about your week rather than a greeting. Personalisation is a setting you control, and with it switched off Mo answers without drawing on your activity data at all.

MoveTogether is free on the App Store. Connect a wearable (or just your iPhone) and start your first competition this week.
