Workout streaks
Miss a day. Keep the streak.
Every day with 30 exercise minutes or a workout adds to your streak. Freezes cover the days life gets in the way.
MoveTogether counts a workout day when you log 30 or more exercise minutes or a workout. Workout days in a row build your day streak, the big number on Home. Three workout days in a week keep your week streak going. Every 7 days of streak earns a streak freeze, up to 3 saved, and a freeze covers a missed day on its own.
Two streaks, one habit
Day streak
Workout days in a row. It is the big number on your streak card, and the one freezes protect.
Week streak
Three workout days in a week, week after week. A rest day or two never breaks it, and it is the one that earns streak badges.
Freezes cover the miss
A freeze bridges one missed day so your day streak keeps going. You never have to switch one on.
- Earn one for every 7 days you keep your streak going.
- Hold up to 3 at a time.
- One is used automatically when it saves you, and that day shows a shield on your week.
- A freeze bridges a day without adding one. Miss more days in a row than you have freezes and the streak starts over.
Weeks earn badges
Keep your week streak for 5 weeks and you earn your first streak badge. More arrive at 10 and 25 weeks, then every 25 weeks, all the way to 300.
Earning streak badges is part of Pro.

Questions
What counts as a workout day?
30 or more exercise minutes, or any workout you log, in your local day. Exercise minutes come from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android.
What if I miss two days in a row?
With two or more freezes saved, both days are covered. With one, the gap is too big, so the streak starts again from your next workout day.
Is this the same as demotion protection in Leagues?
No. Demotion protection keeps your Move League tier after a bad week. Freezes protect your workout streak.
