Each $1 is 1,100 Movecoins on Member and 1,000 on Pro. Your first card on a paid Pro plan costs 30% of the usual Movecoins, once. Cards come from Tremendous, and the brands aren't sponsors.

The limits, answered straight.

Who can use Movecoins?: Earning and redeeming are for app store accounts in the US. Redeeming also needs you to be 18 or older and live in the 50 states or DC. If you're under 18 you can still earn, and redeem once you turn 18. They still expire on the usual schedule while you wait.
Do I need a paid plan?: To redeem: an active paid Member or Pro plan, a verified phone number and an account at least 14 days old. Plans and prices are on the Pricing page.
How fast does a card arrive?: Cards are held for 2 days, then sent by email. A person reviews your first redemption. A redemption limit applies, and unused room carries over up to a cap.
Do Movecoins expire?: Yes. They last through the end of the 12th month after the month you got them. Any you don't redeem by then are gone.
Can I buy or send Movecoins?: No. They can't be bought, sold or transferred. Movecoins have no cash value.
What activity counts?: Only activity your phone or watch records. Typed-in steps and workouts don't count.
Do I get anything for inviting friends?: You get 1,000 Movecoins when a new friend you invite logs 3 active days, for up to 5 friends a month. Referrals aren't doubled on Pro.
